Can I suggest that BW have very effectively blown that myth away by refusing to let moorings which don't reach their arbitrary unpublished reserve in the recent moorings tender process. As a matter of interest will those who have gone through the tender process have the increase applied to them? If not then surely anyone else who has an existing mooring agreement with BW can argue to the Ombudsman that they are being treated unfairly. I say this urgently needs to go back to the MMC and/or Ombudsman. Steve NB Bream
