A couple of weeks back I filled your screens with a copy of my pre- Xmas rant to BW.
I had a very polite and prompt response by email. The upshot is that they admit to having "made a mistake" with regard to the increase at my particular mooring. The increase will be 8.9% and not the 23% previously advised. That has saved me a couple of hundred quid this year. The irony is that had they advised me of the lower rate of increase initially I'd just have accepted it as the way things are headed. Beeky
