Just got of the phone from BW trying to chase my mooring permit payment which was sent the week before Christmas and which is still in bank. Nice man told me it would not be taken out till at least 11th of January. I wouldn't get my permit for the window until at least 15 working days from 2nd Jan. Wish they had told me that earlier I could have left the money earning interest !!!! :-$
