You should worry. My license hadn't arrived when I checked this
morning, but when I checked with my bank, BW had taken £251.24 on New
Years Eve instead of the authorized £567.52. When I quizzed the License
department they seemed a bit non-plussed. There was no record of that
amount against my account and they couldn't understand where the £251.24
figure had come from. There will be hell to pay if they deny me my
prompt payment discount claiming that they hadn't received all the money
by the 31st.
