Should I put my TV licence in the front window of my house {;>) ? Is
there a difference between being vigilant and being a vigilante ?
In my opinion enforcement/compliance is the responsibility of BW and a
system like the VED would probably be more effective. I'm wondering
how much longer it will be necessary to display a tax disk in the car
windscreen.
