This gives Rugby to Stoke Bruerne as 2 x 7 hour days so in a 4 day break you "could" do it in 1 1/2 x 10 hour days giving a free day in SB if you have a 4 day break.
Cheers Guy I would certainly agree with Guy's suggestions, but a more leisurely alternative would be to head north up the Ashby; the Greyhound at Hawkesbury has been recommended in the Waterways World annual as one of the nest pubs on the canal system and the Ashby passes Bosworth battlefield, where it is also posible to catch the steam railway to Shackerstone. The far end of the canal is one of the most peacefully rural in the UK. There's a large Tesco supermarket within walking distance of Willow Wren which is useful if you want to stock up at the start.
