They seem to cluster round Fradley area. Maybe that manager brought a job lot 
- a bit like some clown on the Llangollen/Monty a few years back who brought a 
load of underwater metal flower tub and had them attached on the outside of  
the armco. Meanwhile many other area managers buy expensive coir rolls 
impregnated with seeds chosen from a plant catalogue to make their canals look 
pretty - even those plants don't normally grow in that area. All are pet 
schemes and whims - some good and most not.

Yup, we've seen them all over the place, though I can't offhand think 
of any around Pete's neck of the woods. We're tied to some at Alrewas
