I was told of a good way of cooking a Canada Goose yesterday.

Take one Canada Goose, clean out the innards and insert one standard 
size house brick.  Immerse in boiling water for 4 hours and then roast 
for 3 hours.  Remove the brick, discard the Canada Goose and eat the brick.
