People from BW do monitor this list and a number of others, and a number of blogs and websites. But if we spent all our time telling everyone what we were doing we wouldn't have time to take action :-)
To be honest, the amount of time I spend at work means my time to monitor stuff which affects my work and also to pass on useful stuff to colleagues in other areas is limited. We do care and we are doing our best but resources have to be concentrated strategically for efficiency. We do appreciate all the help our customers can give us and sending an e-mail to the enquiries e-mail address of any waterways unit will get a reply. Hope this helps. Debbi F BW London
