My very worst experience was leaving the top of Hatton one day when the 'kerchiefed steerer of a hotel pair actually touched my sterm complaining I was going too slow. I asked him what he was doing - though, fair to say, my language may have been slightly more colourful than this account of it suggests. He camr out with some cock and bull story about having a JP2 and not being able to travel slower.
