I've got a Petter PH2 and there is a speed I can't travel slower than (if you see what I mean) without taking the boat out of gear (I have a speedwheel and gear rod under the back cabin roof). Particularly annoying are those clueless boaters who creep through broad tunnels at 0.0001 mph and cause me, behind them, to have to take the boat out of gear and possibly swing away from the wall.
