You are wrong in so thinking  -  and I think that must be a very old leaflet.

Just switch your wifi on, open a browser and you will be taken to a
log-in screen.  Enter the username 'Sponsored' and the password
'Service' (note the upper case initial letters but omit the ' marks).
You're then free to surf for free for as long as you like  -  or until
you run out of things to see, whichever comes quickest.

Also applies at Lloyds No1 Bar.

Most Macdonalds also have free wifi.  No log-in  -  just switch on
your wifi, open your browser or mail client and you're away.
