Adrian, nobody is going to support your arguments for broad beam craft if
you cannot see and support the argument for continuous cruisers.

Here's another one to chew over. I already buy the right to cruise
continuously. If they take it away from me and charge me to have it back,
how does that leave any of the other facilities I think I am buying? Free
water. Freeovernight mooring. Even the right to travel the canals at all.
And how does that effect the staus of the existing licence? Do you think
that will somehow melt away as the other charges kick in? Of course not. We
will just pay more. All of us: narrow beam, broad beam and continuous
cruisers alike. They are trying to divide us here, can't you see that?
