You would have to have paid for the day *before* the boat was put into the water, so you would have a ticket you could show. If you were stopped (Heavens! Actual BW people doing enforcement!) with your boat in the water with no valid ticket, there would be a serious fine. Adrian . Adrian Stott 07956-299966
