Recently noticing one BW checker who seemed unbothered by boats moored in areas
where there were actually BW no mooring signs, I commented to a local about the
chaps lack of commitment. He, calling the chap a waste of space, told me that
round the bend one boat had been moored on a 48 hour mooring for two years and
Mr BW passed the time of day with him when he wandered by doing ... well could
someone tell me what he, with machine did exactly do.
