Yes, everywhere it has. According to what BW has said at national consultation meetings, anyway. As it is a national rule, no signs are needed. However, I agree that BW is less than energetic at enforcing it. Too bad, as it could do a lot to solve the continuous moorer problem. Adrian Adrian Stott 07956-299966
