We've had a Kabola E3 boiler installed now for 6 years. Easy (but a bit messy) to maintain (once yearly clean) and we've never noticed any problems with back draft (there is an adjustable flap which presumably blocks any severe back draft). The boiler just feeds the central heating system and sits tucked away in the head and doesn't have a traditional 'fireplace' to sit around. Cheers Will
