My Kabola arrived with a special cowl for the top of the stove pipe, which seems to prevent >90% of this problem. The cowl has a slightly complicated shape. It has a flat plate over the entire top of the pipe, raised a cm or so above the top of the pipe. This is surrounded by a short cylinder slightly larger than the pipe (and the diameter of the plate), which has a small on its top. Adrian . Adrian Stott 07956-299966
