Allan I can't comment on the Three offering, but as both a Vodafone and Orange data user I can fairly confidently predict that whatever network you choose will be useless in some locations and brilliant in others. For example using my Vodafone SIM card (in the Huawei E220, which I think is what Three still offer) I have been streaming the BBC iPlayer in my current location (Stoke) but on much of the southern Oxford I couldn't even collect my emails.
I took a phone call from someone this morning who was looking at the new Three PAYG data offer (12Gb valid 12 months prepaid for £99.) If the coverage is anything like as good as the other networks I'd say that's a reasonable offer for an average user. Steve NB Bream
