Listening to all the opinions and knowledge in this discussion, I've made a
decision!

Im going to power my boat with HAY and charge batteries by bycicle!

Dead simple, all I will need is some hay, one mobile prossesing plant, a
harness and long length of rope! And for the batteries I will need a bike and a
alternator.

Some time later....

Have just stepped in some harmful polluting emissions from dobbin while
untangling rope from bankside vegetation. Spent a few hours riding my static
bike which turns the alternator and the 'missus' says my sweatyness is
definitely a harmfull emission!

Think I will continue with the biodiesel trial!

Would bike and alternator work? Or would you have to cycle all day?
Cheers
