If this is "acceptable" by BW then why am I playing stupid money for a mooring when I could just "continuous cruise" between Bulls Bridge and Paddington! I believe this is the problem with the canals as they stand, people are using them more as cheap housing than boating. How many. I wonder. don't actually holiday on their boats.
