Absolutely! I'm sorry, the five stop system sounds like the  
definition of continuous mooring to me. If that's the attitude of the  
local Patrol Officers, no wonder the SE unit has so much of a problem.

"Continuous Cruising" means a genuine journey around the system, not  
a source of cheap housing.

But don't worry, Trevor, BW have admitted that they don't enforce the  
CC rules, because there's no money in it, so the abuse will  
continue. :-{{{
