I want to re-paint the sump in which our bilge pump sits. Having cleaned and dried it all out I find that the metalwork is all coated in a greasy layer. I presume this is caused by the stern gland grease finding it's way into the bilge.
What do people recommend I use to remove the grease layer prior to re- painting? Steve -- Follow our waterways wanderings on www.justheaven.org.uk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
