That's a cleaner.  

I always assumed Graham Booth was referring to Finnegans Waxoyl, the
rust-preventing wax-based coating for car box sections and the like,
which seems now to be sold under the Hammerite brand -
http://www.hammerite-automotive.com/waxoyl.htm.  No idea if this is the
same stuff as http://www.waxoyl.com/en/produkte/120-4.htm .
