It's funny you should say that. I've got a meeting and site visit 
this morning with some of the high and mighty to discuss possible 
solutions to this very problem and whether some of these proposed 
solutions are actually workable from the point of view of those who 
are going to do the doing.

Watch this space ....

BTW, I always appreciate any constructive feedback from members of 
this list as it helps me and the team to do an effective job. I know 
that BW certainly don't get it right all the time and there are 
areas for improvement. As a customer as well as a worker I have a 
vested interest in BW getting it right for all of us.
