History repeating. Years age we got out of Aden (as it was then). Before we did our dear government announced the date in advance and from then on, knowing we were going, it was open season for all on the British Troops. I had one relative blown up delivering the post there. He was lucky - he survived. The three guards with him didn't. Now Brown is making announcements about Iraq - so much for learning from history.
