Hmmm - I remember that period in Aden - we were dumping ammunition at sea, every thing from 9mm rounds to 'rather large' bombs :-(

Before we did our dear government announced the date in advance and from then on, knowing we were going, it was open season for all on the British Troops. I had one relative blown up delivering the post there. He was lucky - he survived. The three guards with him didn't. Now Brown is making announcements about Iraq - so much for learning from history.
