Why would you need to adjust it at all?

Your pressure switch is what sets the pressure in the system, and you
appear not to be replacing that.  Isn't the accumulator is just the
pneumatic equivalent of a spring?  AIUI, all you need to do is ensure
that the tank will accept a higher pressure than the switch is set to.
