"UK"? as this is impossible to police in Ireland the Irish both in the ROI and NI (UK) are rather peed off, as it will be air and ferry journeys in and out of the island of Britain. Will the Isle of Wight be soon affected? This "record" will soon apply to private boats going in an out of the whole of the UK, where they must give 24 hours notice of their passage....again a farce. How the hell will they police this? Of course this works both ways, at the moment a third of Linda's job is devoted to answering FOI requests. Soon the *entire* country / "economy" will be given over to policing each other. While I am having a Sunday morning mini-rant...let's get back to the waterways problems.... Look who are running the country now, Milliband and Ed Balls, who were the real culprits in underfunding BW, in their past guise of DEFRA Minister and Treasury Secretary. Well done lads, hope you are enjoying your rewards. It looks like the underfunding of LA's social services is coming back to haunt Ed Balls...of course it is anyones fault but his. The "Peter Principal" in action!? We would no worse having.... Jezza for PM! -- Neil Arlidge - NB Earnest Follow the travels of TNC, now in Ireland http://www.tuesdaynightclub.co.uk/tour.html
