As it satnds jet skis are exempt so you can sit on the beach all day downing lager and then go careering around on a jet ski which IMHO is far more dangerous than a narrow boat. If this law gets rid of the loutish behaviour we've all seen from time to time on the cut, then I'd think it was worth it. I can't see the average boater having a glass of wine with lunch being breathalysed.
