I'm just very aware that I have done it myself - no, not loutishly I hope.
But I remember waiting for a lock on "Coronation" on a hot day with the late Jeff Dennison. Two old boys very kindly allowed us to tie up alongside them as space for 70' was limited. They then offered us a drink. Thinking Beer Jeff gave them two pint glasses - which came back half full of neat Scotch! The afternoon passed in a mellow kind of a way.....
