But you've also argued in the past that because BW give away visitor mooring spaces they are distorting the market and making it uneconomic for anyone else to provide paid-for visitor moorings in the vicinity. You can't have it both ways. I somehow can't believe you think that the it's once private enterprise have investing in something that BW should come along and give it away.
