Roger, I *know* you've read my new blog, 'cos you've commented on it! For everyone else, there's an initial post here http://sanityagain.blogspot.com/2009/02/how-we-got-here.html that explains, but in a nutshell: We need more sleeping accom for grandkids We'd like a dinette _as well as_ a study bedroom It's a chance to further improve on Sanity. It means a longer boat, so why not go the whole hog and get 70? This is an excellent year to buy new, thank you Mr Darling. We'll have to find some other way of seeing the L&L, that's all. Can't fit it in this year, and any way we want to wait until certain unsavoury elements hanging around Skipton have b***ered off to France :-}}} Sanity remains an excellent, undamaged (except for trivial scratches) example of a much sought after builder, so we hope that there will be reasonable interest in her sale, even this year.
