I really don't understand what you are talking about, but I shall 
forewarn any locals that you are persona non grata. That's if you

Much sought after, is that other owners, HMRC or the Police? ;-)))
Seriously though, good luck with the sale, I detect a weakening of 
demand and prices in the ads that I monitor.
