The wide but very low cast iron footbridge over the entrance to the arm 
off the T&M just north of the marina at Festival Park in Stoke is too 
low for most boats to fit through. Mind you the arm is only about 80ft 
long so you're not missing much ;-) In fact I don't recall when I last 
saw a boat in there, maybe the Garden Festival in 1986?

In terms of main navigations, there are two that spring to mind on the 
Caldon, Eastwood Road in Hanley and the brick bridge at Consall Forge.
