Aha! So as Terry Pratchett would put it, this is the smallest bridge
on the canal system (for given values of "bridge" and "system").
In other words, by the time you've finished defining it as BW
numbered, on a mainline, on an artificial navigation and so on, it
just becomes a bit of spin. It's like the deepest lock debate;
there's dozens of the things.
