Isn't there a sequence numbered bridge of tiny proportions where a feeder 
enters the Oxford Canal a bit above Claydon locks?

Not true If you mean the smallest bridge to carry a BW number than the 
footbridge (10a I think) over the bi-pass weir above Hunsdon Lock on the 
Stort must be the smallest. Then some of the bridges on the Middle Level 
must be the lowest you can get under.
