Here we go again. New Offices. See Borders are back to Chester having been to two locations in Northwich. BW formula for everything is always reorganise with the same old faces who carry on doing the same old stuff. If they want to really reorganise they should get rid of most of their managers and go back to section engineers with a couple of assistants and a typist plus lots more people on the track like lengthsmen, lockies dredger drivers etc. and not a load of jobsworths. Fat chance though given those in control.
