It's not the top management that are going, directors are still there but the 
next levels down are being shaken up and thinned. Looks like the job losses 
will hit all levels of "office" staff including many hardworking people who 
actually do and are directly customer facing. It will take sometime for the 
actual new structure to be worked out. I would disagree that there are a 100 
posts of "dead wood" in BW and as a boating customer I have concerns about the 
impact on boaters adn customer service. Time will tell ...
