Hi folks We had an interesting time with Peter Mason from Braidbar on Wednesday - update on the Building Sanity Again blog later today, hopefully.
We're still speccing various stuff, of course, though decisions are slowly getting made. One thing came up that I'd like advice on from here, if possible. We're going for a built in marine VHF this time. Now I know some folk use a mag mounted antennae, but I'd like to hard wire in a mount on the roof and then pop the antenna onto it when needed. Has anyone else done this, and if so, what mount did they use?
