Mmmm - I really did like the Aussie idea when you first posted it, I was 
very tempted .. lol!

Not my other half I'd need to persuade though - its the bank manager :(

That said, if the insulation is good (I am a tad worried by the fact 
that nearly all of these have an optional added insulation via a 'bag' - 
hmm ??why??) and the temperature was down low enough, then it could run 
either on an electronic timer or, as I was doing back in September, 
simply by only switching it on for short periods during the day.
