I have just been wondering, recently when filling the boat I was asked what
percentage of the diesel was for propulsion and what was for domestic use, and
the charge per litre was made, from what I understand the percentage for
propulsion was charged at the same or similar rate to normal road fuel, does
that mean that I can now take the amount I declared and use it in my car ? only
I always thought using Red diesel in a road vehicle was illegal because no duty
had been paid, but that wouldn't be the case anymore in this hypothetical
situation or would it
