I see from Narrowboat News that BWs bosses have reset the boater safisfaction scores needed for them to achieve bonuses. And they seem to have fiddled with last years figures a bit to give themselves a better chance of getting their bonuses even if we are not satisfied with their performance. (It seems more are dissatisfied than are not.) No wonder Robin can make any claim he fancies when BW can fiddle the statistics.
