But at least with BW owning the property we have only one organisation 
to watch, and that loosely accountable to the government and therefore 
us. If the portfolio is sold it is IMHO unlikely to be sold to one 
organisation it is too big. How much harder will it be to look after the 
Heritage if the portfolio  is owned by a number of  private 
unaccountable companies.
