We've got Manor Coatings Promastic 600 CT, which seems to behave in a  
similar fashion, and is overcoatable with standard marine paints.

Only point to beware of is that it's not as flexible as Comastic, so  
is potentially less tolerant of the effects of ice, something that is  
uppermost in our minds atm! It seems very hard, however, now that it's  
gone off properly.
