The boat is Victoria, a live-aboard boat which moors along the southern GU, I passed it on the way up to Ricky last weekend. As people have said, seriously image manipulated (lets face it, Photoshop WILL have been used on this!).
The bridge looks like the bridge below Black Jacks:- http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/664039 The field behind the bridge looks like the hill just before reaching the same lock, and I think the section of manicured bank on the offside is the garden of the house also at that location. The towpath I'm not so sure about. Cheers, Mike
