They don't make >roads like that any more! It was ever thus. X Files was mostly shot in or near Vancouver, Canada, where I used to live and which I knew well. The transitions from one scene to another were often quite amusing. Vancouver has also been seen (especially in made-for-TV movies) portraying many other cities including Denver (Colorado, not Norfolk) and (horrors!) Toronto. A couple of weeks ago, scenery near it was seen as a backdrop for Captains Courageous. Don't believe everything you see on TV. Adrian
