Hi Peter,

As mentioned somewhere else, the offer stands to bring them into
`capistrano/_______` at Github, and to give them a stronger place in the
documentation and to link them from http://www.capistranorb.com/

I think it's great for everyone if we have some semi-official extensions
(even for things which we Ruby guys don't often use!) and to have a
canonical place to get a list of things which we know work well together.

Of course input from all sides about changes we could make to improve the
compatibility and portability of Cap 3 are always welcome, but especially
from popular Gems :)
