Hi Lee, 

Did you get anywhere with creating the (PHP) GitHub team - after a recent 
blog post in the PHP community (and a lot of interest) it looks like it 
would be worthwhile me writing a bit of an intro to Cap 3 for PHP devs. 
Would be good to have these repos under the Capistrano organisation for 
when the post is finished!
