I will create a team ("PHP" and/or anything else that makes sense) and add
you to it/them. You then transfer ownership of the repository at GH to the
`capistrano` user/org, and I then add the team (of one.) to the repository. The org/team thing is a bit weird, but it does mean that if anyone else comes along to help we can give them access to isolated bits and pieces without handing over write access to everything.
